For all those who would like to enjoy the peace and quiet around Lake Madlitz even more intensively and prefer to stay alone, our nature resort & medical spa Gut Klostermühle offers spacious holiday apartments and houses. Depending on the size, between two and eight people can be comfortably accommodated. Our holiday accommodations have very comfortable and high-quality furnishings and ensure self-sufficiency. Our holiday apartments and houses are designated non-smoking rooms. Please note: You can book our holiday apartments and houses for as little as three nights. Holiday home guests can have breakfast in the Finckenlounge for €32 per person if booked in advance. For €20 per person we also offer you a delicious take-away breakfast, optionally in practical reusable tableware from Vytal, which you can pick up in the Finckenlounge. Whether a holiday apartment or a house doesn't just depend on the number of people. You decide whether you would prefer to live near the spa area and the horse stables area or whether you would prefer to be close to Lake Madlitz. Our holiday apartments are located in the two buildings “Forsthaus” and “Geigenbauerhaus”, which are idyllically located in the middle of the Madlitz Forest. Both are half-timbered houses. They radiate cozy elegance. High-quality country house furniture and visible beam constructions underline this ambience. Basically, all of our holiday apartments are equipped with bed linen, towels, bathrobes and tea towels.
The “Forsthaus” with its spacious and comfortably furnished holiday apartments is in an idyllic location,
in the middle of the forest, directly on the grounds of the Gut Klostermühle boarding and training stable.
The “Geigenbauerhaus” was built between 1910 and 1920. It is named after the forester Mr. Metzner, who was resident here at the time,
who was also an excellent violin maker. On the foundations of this traditional building and preserving the partly good ones
