Arrival/ Check In: From 3:00 pm, SPA use possible before check-in.
Departure/ Check Out: By 11:00 am. After checking out on your departure day, you're welcome to continue using the BRUNE BALANCE med & SPA area until 9:00 pm for a fee of €9 per person.
E-Charging Station: Charging stations are located in the parking lot of the BRUNE BALANCE med & SPA.

To schedule an appointment, call +49 33607-59 29 120 between 9:00 am- 7:00 pm. Swimming times for children up to and including 14 years old: daily from 10:00 am- 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm- 7:00 pm. Use of the sauna area is only permitted for those 15 years and older. Mon - Fri 2:00 pm- 8:30 pm, Sat/ Sun/ Holidays 11:00 am- 8:30 pm.
Please adhere to these times and discuss the pool rules with your children.
Our staff are on-site daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.

From 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, we are available at +49 1520 / 91 18 718 (emergency phone – Duty-Manager).
Cold beverages and snacks are also available at our front desk.
We only shuttle to/from Briesen train station.
This service is offered daily from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please notify us of your arrival time at least 2 days in advance.
The cost is €6 per person for a round trip. Children are charged €3.
Please note that we can transport a maximum of 6 people at a time.

Excursions/ Hikes/ Bike Tours:
In the entrance area of the Fischerhaus, you'll find our information screen. Simply organize your excursions, generate a QR code, and scan it to your smartphone.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms. Accommodations for them are exclusively provided in our vacation apartments and houses, and must be pre-arranged. The price is 30.00 € per day/animal (excluding food).
Please be considerate of other guests, especially children, and the horses from our riding facility. Throughout the entire Gut Klostermühle estate, pets must be leashed. Please clean up after your four-legged friend. Pets are not allowed in the spa area, its adjoining sunbathing lawn, and in the restaurants (except the Klosterscheune).
For hygiene reasons, ensure your dog doesn't rest on guest beds or upholstered furniture. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for cleaning our furnishings.
