Our attitude at the hotel is characterized by positivity and solidarity. At all times, whether we are in a good mood or feeling less motivated, we stand behind our hotel, our work, and above all, our guests. As a team, we see ourselves as a unit that pulls together and supports each other. We address mistakes objectively and constructively, without holding grudges. Transparent communication is a matter of course for us: information is actively and promptly passed on, regardless of whether it concerns our department or not.

We always greet guests with a friendly welcome and a willingness to help them with their requests. This helpfulness also extends to our colleagues, superiors, and suppliers when they need support. We accept challenges and always find a solution-oriented approach tailored to the needs of our guests. We proceed in a determined and forward-looking manner and critically question our actions in order to always deliver the best possible performance.

As a team, we share not only valuable experiences but also further information with each other in order to grow together and make our hotel an even better place for our guests.

At our hotel, we are proud to be a passionate training company. We attach great importance to the well-being of our employees and offer numerous benefits, including standard wages, employee participation in improvement processes, and jointly developed guidelines for good, collaborative work. We also use regional trees and shrubs to plant our grounds and have already created two flowering meadows with insect hotels. An established system for occupational health management in the hotel and support for local institutions for children and young people are a matter of course for us. We deliberately refrain from offering minibars, daily room cleaning, and air conditioning in our hotel rooms in order to reduce our carbon footprint. In addition, we source regional vegetables from an organic farmer in the neighboring village and clean and maintain our equipment regularly to save energy. We actively inform our guests about our environmental protection measures and inspire them to make their own contribution to environmental protection during their stay.
